Envie is a French bakery located in the heart of Alexandra Headland on the Sunshine Coast, offering a selection of traditional baguettes, pastries, cakes and quiches baked fresh each day. We are open seven days a week, from 6am to 2pm, for breakfast, lunch and everything in between.
Since November 2025, the bakery has been led by the team behind Flo’s Crêperie, with a shared passion for classic French flavours and craftsmanship. We hold ourselves to the highest standards in everything we make, grounded in traditional French baking techniques and thoughtful preparation, alongside new creations.
In French, envie describes a feeling: a desire, that quiet urge for something you really want. It’s that moment when you see something so good, you simply have to have it.
Envie is about pleasure, indulgence and enjoying the moment: the smell of fresh pastries coming out of the oven, a display filled with beautiful cakes and treats, that instant when you think, I need that.
It’s a feeling you’ll recognise the moment you walk in.
