Rhythm OT is a mobile occupational therapy service supporting children, young people, and families with therapy that is individualised, collaborative, and holistic. Services are delivered across homes, schools, community settings, and natural outdoor environments, allowing therapy to occur where children feel most comfortable and where skills naturally develop and transfer into everyday life.
The Rhythm OT approach is strengths-based, with a strong emphasis placed on building trusting relationships, supporting emotional regulation, developing independence, and creating opportunities for success.
Rhythm OT also offers nature-based and adventure therapy experiences that encourage exploration, resilience, sensory processing, creativity, confidence, problem solving, social connection, and emotional wellbeing.
In addition, Rhythm OT supports educators through coaching and education around foundational skills for learning, including social and emotional learning, motor skill development, executive functioning, and sensory processing.
