Founded in 2016 by Claire Toone, owner and trained Pilates practitioner, Noosa Flow is more than a modern, sun-filled wellness studio. Our beautiful studios offer an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A place to focus your mind, recharge your body and rejuvenate your soul. We offer a variety of classes that are challenging but in no way intimidating. Noosa Flow welcomes everyone. Our experienced and knowledgeable instructors deliver high quality training programs suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced. We keep our class sizes small so that our attention is always on you. We have a strong focus on correct alignment and form so that you always get the most out of your workout. Sessions will leave you refreshed and energised, relaxed and balanced.
